The property is very clean and staff are very cooperative socially mr saleh and the one on reception who make our confirmation in the 1st day as was our mistake to not select option that we have kids with us and he mad upgrade for our rooms . The hotel in the heart of taqseem and very close to the active aria as u don’t need to take a taxi . Thank you agin to mr saleh how he was amazing with us .

- Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception!!! Always redy to help, advice and etc. Helped me with my deliveries to the hptel, taxi arrangement. - Great location! Just a few steps away from Taksim square and the metro and other transport. Very convenient to get around the city. - Good breakfast. - There are many cafes and shops near the hotel. - The room was nice. It could be bigger, but ok:) - Bottled water, tea, kettle in the room.

The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, the furniture is renovated, the breakfast is good and the staff in the hotel are very helpful and cheerful, especially the employee, Saleh and Saljuk.

We really loved this hotel becasue staffs are very professional. Great location with food, shopping, car parking. The hotel located in very safe street because its no car street so its very suitable for family. Breakfast was awesome.

Very polite and helpful staff eager to assist and try to provide solutions to our request. Exceptional location just a few meters from Taksim square and metro station. Let us use the room for free extra 2-3 hours after the check out in order to fresh up. Breakfast was full and tasty.

Stayed here with a friend and really liked our stay. The hotel is very close to Taksim Square (2-3 mins walk) and the main shopping street (Istiklal Street) which is a 5 min walk. The Metro is also just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has all the facilities you would expect. Hotel is very clean and rooms are decent size and has coffee / tea making facilities, locker etc. Staff are incredibly helpful and go out of the way to make your stay pleasant. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Fatih for helping us with our queries and taxi bookings etc. Breakfast has a decent spread though could do with a bit more variety. Location is brilliant and convenient with the Metro, many restaurants and stores at your doorstep. Overall very happy with our stay and would happily stay again if in Istanbul.

My stay was just amazing. The staff were wonderful all of them that I encountered during my stay. Mr.Fatih assisted me with my tour arrangements, transports , restaurants recommendations , I enjoyed so much that I extended my stay for another 2 days .He instantly made the arrangements. The staff I met in the morning were wonderful too Mr.Salhet ( I hope I spelled it right) and other two gentlemen on the shift were very helpful as well, I felt very welcomed . Mr.Karam made me the best turkish coffee and tea. Location is perfect , lively and safe neighbourhood. The rooms were clean and comfortable bed. Good breakfast . Its a place that I would definitely go back on my next trip to Istanbul . And highly recommend it

The hotel is in superb location, near the main shopping and entertainment center, near metro, near tram, near main road. there are lot of restaurants nearby, change and even grocery. The staff was very helpful, and willing to answer any question and ready to help, with pleasant smile and willingness to help. Good for money. Breakfast was very good.
